Profile :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in support of selecting the best Operating Partners for the AIA Management-Buy-In Program. This role will strengthen the team's capability to search for and recruit talented leaders for the next generation of CEOs.

Role Description:

The Talent Acquisition Partner champions the candidate experience, making sure that the process runs smoothly from start to finish and ensuring the program has the best talents joining. They are an active member of the team responsible for efficient triage, helping to interview and run the selection process activities, coordinating both internally and externally. The role reports into the Chief Talent Officer.

Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate selection process internally and with candidates

·         Lead and optimise triage process

·         Reporting: Process data output from selection process

·         Ensure proficient and efficient management of information, ensure ATS is up to date

·         Manage interactions with C level candidates and conduct interviews

·         Develop and implement candidate outreach strategy

·         Lead Q&A and business school presentations, attend events on behalf of AIA to generate candidate leads

·         Co-manage internal and portfolio company TA processes as required

Scope of work:

·         Candidate journey management

·         Organisation & process implementation

·         Candidate interviews

·         Knowledge management & analytics

·         Representation (events, presentations, communication)

Job requirements

·         5+ years of professional experience

·         Min. 5 years in recruitment across a wide range of industries, including interactions & interviews with C-level candidates

·         Familiarity with ATS systems

·         Experience with candidate outreach strategies

·         Employer branding activities incl. Partnerships with schools

·         Ability to speak in public / moderate

·         High volume TA experience

·         Basic marketing understanding

Education:

·         University degree

·         Additional and relevant training and courses a plus
