Operating Partner Success Analyst

  • Partner Success Team

Partner OPs & MBI candidates with market/company research, turning insight into their path from opportunity to ownership.

Job description

AIA & Our Mission

AIA is a complete Management Buy-In Platform. It is a space where key stakeholders come together to create value.

Our founders are entrepreneurs, turned investors, looking to diversify and scale their investments into the profitable and dynamic SME sector, and sustain the health of a hugely important part of the economy.

We empower entrepreneurial, talented operators to step up and become the next generation of CEOs of profitable enterprises.

Our mission is to build a diversified, pan-European portfolio of SMEs on behalf of our investors, who have allocated to us so far €350m to pursue this strategy. We closed our first investment in November 2025 and currently have a very active and growing pipeline of opportunities.

The Role

We're looking for an Analyst who partners closely with our OPs and MBI candidates to help them succeed — turning market research, company analysis, and well-run systems into the insight and support they rely on to move from opportunity to ownership. Market and company analysis sits at the core of the role, and you'll work hand-in-hand with our investment team and Operating Partners — this is an analysis-and-insight role, not a deal-execution or financial-modelling seat.

Your Mission

Partner to our Operating Partners: You'll work hand-in-hand with our OPs, giving them the analysis and insight they need to make confident strategic decisions.

Support candidate thesis-building: You'll work directly with our MBI candidates — the operators and future CEOs at the heart of our model — supporting them as they build and refine their investment theses with the market research, target-company analysis, and data that sharpen their thinking.

Enable onboarding and ongoing readiness: You'll support accepted candidates as they step into their Operating Partner roles — setting up records, access, and documentation so they hit the ground running from day one — and support the training and enablement touchpoints that keep them sharp as they grow.

Find the opportunities and turn data into insight: You'll research market trends, target companies, and industry dynamics — identifying new openings in exciting industries and untapped markets and becoming the person who extracts and analyzes the data the whole team relies on to decide where AIA and its OPs focus next.

Keep the engine running: You'll manage our core systems and tools day to day — keeping pipeline, candidate, and contact data clean, structured, and dependable, and helping coordinate the practical side of OP life, from events and training sessions to onboarding logistics.

Why You Should Apply

You want to work somewhere that values creativity, innovation, and bold ideas.

You're excited about entrepreneurship & investment and want to work with people who are pushing boundaries.

You love data-driven decision-making and want to be in the driver's seat, helping steer key business choices.

You want to make a real impact — both in your role and in the wider economy

What We're Looking For

Strong Communicator: You can break down complex data and present it in a way that everyone can understand.

Self-Starter: You take initiative, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

A Trusted Collaborator: You build credible, genuine working relationships with our Operating Partners and the whole AIA team, and you're invested in their success — a team player who still drives results on your own initiative.
