The mission of All Interests Aligned is to build a diversified, pan-European portfolio of direct investments in SMEs on behalf of our investors, diversifying their portfolios and insulating them from the sky-high valuations seen in large- and midcap companies today.

We specialize in originating and executing management buy-in transactions of owner-operated SMEs, directly addressing the looming succession crisis. Our approach enables the leadership transition of successful businesses to new ownership, ensuring their sustainability and resilience, thereby protecting the foundations of our shared economy.
